Refund policy
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with tags still attached. You’ll need to provide us with your email receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at lamarie.au@outlook.com. Please allow 3-5 business days for our small team to get back to your return inquiry.
We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Postage fees will be at your expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We note that all exchanges and returns must be sent at your expense.
Exchanges
For Australian customers, we offer free size/colour exchanges for all full-priced items purchased with us, and requested in line with our Returns Policy.
Please note that exchanges may only be requested for the items in a different colour or size. Exchanges for a different style/item will not be accepted.
Store Credit
A store credit of the purchase price (excl. shipping) will be applied to your original order details within 3-5 business days from receiving your return.
Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any change of mind refunds.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you have received an item that you believe is faulty, defective, or damaged, please contact us immediately at lamarie.au@outlook.com with supporting imagery. We will contact you regarding the next steps.
International Orders
Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for orders made outside of Australia, except in the event of faulty or damaged items. Please see above for the returns process for faulty or damaged items.
We also note that all shipping fees and customs duties/tariffs paid are non-refundable.
